Trash Collection 

Republic Waste Services is our waste management company. Trash service is included in the monthly assessment.

Trash is picked up four times weekly. 

Water and Sewer 

Hillsborough County is the Department that services the property. Water is included in the monthly assessment.

Internet, Telephone & Cable

Owners may contact any provider of their choosing. Frontier fiber is available as well as Spectrum.  

Spectrum TV and Internet is included in the monthly assessment.  If an owner needs to setup internet or TV, they can contact Spectrum at 833-697-7328 for the bulk call center.

Association Fees - Monthly Assessment

The Monthly Assessment pays for Water, Cable TV, Internet, Trash service, Landscape maintenance, irrigation, streetlights, management, website, reserves, repairs, pool maintenance, legal services, and accounting.
